Description:
Role Details:
Our team is looking for a Manager to own product insights and optimization across our Web, Mobile, and Connected TV platforms. This individual will collaborate with our Personalization, A/B Testing and BET+ Business Intelligence teams to analyze the impact of core features across our customer experience and identify key growth opportunities through new feature development and rigorous testing. This is a pivotal role for a self starter that will play a huge part in the continued growth of BET+.

Your Day-to-Day:
Partner with product to identify opportunities to grow BET+ through new features and enhancements.
Liaise with product, engineering, design and our A/B testing lead to build a A/B testing roadmap for BET+ across all platforms.
Partner with our A/B testing and Personalization leads to launch and analyze tests across all platforms.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence to analyze data and present reports to product leadership.
Regularly monitor and provide in-depth analysis of core acquisition and retention features, specifically those tied to onboarding subscription funnel, content discovery and video consumption.
Build robust product dashboards for Product Team to understand impact of feature launches.
Present key analyses to BET+ brand and product leadership.
Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications:What you bring to the team:
You have –
3+ years experience running A/B and multivariate tests and working with testing platforms.
Proficiency with SQL, Adobe Analytics/Target, Tableau, and other robust data tools and solutions.
Familiarity with agile scrum teams and experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
Knowledge of SVOD streaming space and key KPIs and relevant performance metrics tied to customer acquisition and retention.
Aptitude for analyzing complex data and forming a compelling story around it.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to juggle building ad hoc reports while creating deep analyses of customer experiences
Strong communication skills and experience using presentation tools and services (e.g. Google Docs, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Keynote, PowerPoint, etc) to communicate with a range of technical and non-technical audiences.

You might also have –
Experience with video streaming, subscription and commerce products
Familiarity with Mobile and OTT devices.
Data Science and Machine Learning
BA / BS or equivalent field experience.
