Manager

This is for an hourly managment, on the floor, position. ServSafe Manager certification is required. We are willing to train the right person.

Our Managers work closely with and assist the General Manager and other Managers to attain the highest level of Restaurant quality and operations performance to ensure that every Guest who chooses Culvers leaves happy.

Essential Functions of the position include:

1.Master and possess the skills back office, kitchen, and front-of-house in our fast-pace, quick service environment, and then lead, train, work with, motivate and supervise other Culvers Team Members accordingly.

2.Must be willing to learn Culvers methods and procedures, and to accept and apply feedback from your trainers.

3.Assist and supervise other Team Members in understanding, maintaining and enforcing Restaurant policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal employment laws and food safety practices.

4.Lead and run daily shifts effectively to ensure superior quality products, Guest satisfaction, and Restaurant cleanliness.

5.Run the daily operations of the Restaurant in the absence of the General Manager or other Managers.

6.This is an on-the-floor position, working with others as part of a connected team.

7.Open availability and flexibility are a must.

Our Managers are paid hourly. Managers must be ServSafe Manager certified.
