Job Description
Meta Tech Recruiting Operations partner with key recruiting and cross functional partners to streamline and scale recruiting processes. We are looking for an experienced people manager to support and lead our international program managers, and partner closely with international stakeholders across EMEA and APAC to identify and drive cross-functional initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity throughout the recruiting funnel. In this role, you will also serve as a key consultant to global projects to help validate problem statements unique to your regions and ensure programs are inclusive and aligned to local context and needs.This is a highly strategic and impactful role within Meta Tech Recruiting, with a significant opportunity to demonstrate excellence in proactive thought partnership, program delivery, and project execution for our International Teams in London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Singapore.


Manager, International Tech Recruiting Operations & Programs Responsibilities:
  • Provides innovative, scalable solutions to the most complex projects/programs and consistently tackles the most leveraged problems facing tech recruiting today
  • Anticipates, assesses, and adapts to the dynamic needs of the organization with a 12+ month outlook
  • Programmatic responsibility and subject matter expertise for recruiting-related functions (e.g. tools, processes, operations, etc)
  • Advisor to senior recruiting leadership by using data to understand and identify opportunities, influence outcomes, and mobilize resources
  • Influences and drives strategy for researchers, analysts, program managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Builds and leads a team of high performing managers and ICs, and provides mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team
  • Provides organizational and roadmap goal setting for teams/organization
  • Leads by example through following, setting, or sharing program management best practices



Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of strategic planning, operations, HR/recruiting, or management consulting experience
  • 3+ years experience managing a team, or leading a project team with complex deliverables
  • Experience leading org-wide initiatives with senior managers, directors, or exec level stakeholders
  • Experience working in the HR/recruiting space
  • Experience with project management across multiple work-streams and in partnership with cross functional stakeholders
  • Experience with strategic operations, consulting, and designing data-driven recruiting program strategies
  • Experience training, coaching, developing team members
