Position Overview

Griswold Home Care is a leading provider of non-medical home care throughout the United States.

The Manager Franchise Field Support is positioned as a key role in the growth of the Griswold Home Care franchise system. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is career focused and has an insatiable curiosity to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment where they can leverage their strong multi-tasking and communication skills across various technology platforms in support of Griswold Home Care franchise network.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate, establish, and grow franchisee relationships.
  • Travel to and support assigned franchisees as needed.
  • Responsible for franchise offices to grow revenues utilizing marketing and recruiting best practices
  • Stay current on home care industry trends, news, and opportunities.
  • Coach and provide direct support to franchisee through “best practices” on operational improvements, franchise management, talent acquisition, and marketing
  • Utilize industry and brand benchmarks to effectively price services in support of profitability and employee retention.
  • Provide analysis and insights on franchisee performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields preferred: Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare
  • 3 or more years of Home Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, with strong communication skills.
  • Team player, has a deep motivation to win and exceed expectations
  • Excellent ability to adapt and succeed in fluid environments.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
