Job Description
Basic knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, and painting
Getting apartments ready for move ins
Complete regular maintenance tasks and work orders
Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces
Repairing and treating structures that need stucco work, drywall repairs, and painting
It is preferred individual has their own tools
Position is available in the beginning of January 2021
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
