Job Description
Hiring!!! Maintenance Technician - $31 - $35 / Hour
What is the Job?
- Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders
- Includes basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs
- Janitorial duties include but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.

Qualifications:

- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
