Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing and executing various aspects of the Maintenance Division’s maintenance operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: *

The Maintenance Supervisor will program equipment for repair into shops and manage the resources (personnel, repair parts, facilities, tools) in order to complete all repairs/services IAW contract requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: *

The Maintenance Supervisor must be highly qualified with general supervisory experience and must have specific management experience in maintenance shop operations and in-depth technical knowledge concerning the repair of Army Materiel. The Maintenance Supervisor must have prior experience similar to that of a CMF 63/92 Mechanical Maintenance career field supervisor.

Minimum Job Requirements: *

The Maintenance Supervisor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in first-line supervision of fleet/equipment management/maintenance.
