Job Description

As a MRO Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll have a passion for inventory control and vision for excellent results while working in our Cary, NC Plant. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leadership and Inventory – We like to keep things organized, you’ll be supervising the store room clerks while ensuring physical inventory and adjustments are made.
  • Process Improvement – continuous improvement is engrained into our culture, so we know you’ll fit right in as you make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Teamwork – teamwork is key as you work with supervisors, technicians and engineers on the procurement of parts for shutdown and routine maintenance activities

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED with substantial related work experience
  • Experience with SAP is HIGHLY desirable, other maintenance planning software experience is beneficial
  • Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate and train and effectively achieve results through others
  • Must be able to work the night shift 6p-6a

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • BS/BA and significant related experience
