Machine Operator responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for working and operating in a safe manner consistent with company safety procedure

• Perform process adjustments to achieve desired container attributes

• Demonstrate ability to set up processes on machine

• Perform all required quality tests and checks on preforms and containers
• Understand start up and shut down procedures necessary to minimize downtime and equipment wear and tear
• Properly complete all shift paperwork
• Keep work areas neat, clean and in an orderly manner consistent with company housekeeping policies
• Willingly and analytically, troubleshoot and improve daily operations through ownership.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Scrap and sort aborted preforms and bottles
• Assist in training new employees.
• Perform other duties assigned by lead and / or shift supervisor

Education/Experience Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent experience

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
