Salesforce is growing at the speed of light, both organically and through acquisitions; we have an excellent opportunity to join the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Strategy and Enablement team as a M&A PMO Analyst! The RevOps organization is responsible for pricing & product operations, sales operations, global incentive compensation, quote to cash, partner operations, and corresponding systems enablement functions which are required to support the sales organization.

The M&A PMO Analyst will join a high-impact team that is responsible for the integration of Salesforce acquisitions into RevOps systems and business processes. You will work closely with cross functional teams to execute strategic M&A integration initiatives. You will coordinate the efforts of team members, partners, and cross-functional colleagues to deliver programs according to the integration strategy.

The work accountabilities include supporting integration cutover activities (i.e. E2E/UAT/Cutover weekend/Hypercare), to future phase scope management, reduce deviations from core, and support RevOps teams in harmonizing to core systems/business processes.

This position requires problem solving, attention to detail, superb project management skills, ability to influence partners, competence to work with senior executives, and excellent interpersonal skills! You must possess a positive attitude, the ability to switch priorities and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop/maintain Project plans, identify critical path deliverables, subset of activities, achievements, and task owners, based on aligned schedule
  • Ability to support scope management through business analysis and process mapping documentation
  • Demonstrate data analytics to influence partners on integration decisions
  • Accountable for M&A integration track level status reports
  • Demonstrate problem solving mentality to mitigate integration risks/concerns
  • Develop positive relationships with key partners (e.g. enablement, change management, operations teams, etc.) to influence integration execution
  • Improve the existing RevOps M&A PMO framework/templates/repeatable processes to ensure integrations progresses through stages (Discovery/Initiate/Execute)
  • Ensure RevOps M&A teams are aligned on integration scope, guiding principles, change control process, resource management, risk mitigation
  • Responsible for Portfolio Management tool record creation/maintenance (Opportunities, Projects, Project Teams, Budgets)
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of project management and 1+ years experience in M&A related project management, business analysis, or consulting
  • Experience working with RevOps related functions: Sales Compensation, Pricing & Product Operations, Sales Operations, Quote to Cash, Partner Operations
  • Relative experience working with cross functional teams such as: Lead to Cash, Sales, Marketing, Finance groups (Accounting, Finance & Strategy, Tax, Controllership), Customer Success Group, implementation, Business Technology (IT partners), Revenue Recognition
  • Experience navigating interdependencies on M&A projects or similarly sophisticated projects (ie product launches, migration efforts, retire legacy systems) which include engineering alignment, engagement models, communications, and change management
  • Led internal/external communications – whereby key project highlights and relevant updates are articulated
  • Experience using Salesforce products: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Quip, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. Smartsheet/MS Office Project Management Tools) a plus
  • PMP credential preferred
  • Very passionate about M&A Integrations
