Job Description

Who We Are at Elemy:

Elemy, formerly Sprout Therapy, is building the first managed marketplace for in-home chronic medical care, starting with pediatric autism. Over 1.5M children in the US are affected by autism, and nearly 30% of families are dissatisfied with the care they receive. Elemy is working tirelessly to change this by providing in-home care and leveraging cutting edge AI-powered technology to deliver a better experience to families, providers, and healthcare payers.

Today's US Child Care industry for autism, ADHD, and other developmental delays is a $38B market that is heavily fragmented and skewed towards in-clinic care. Elemy is looking to change the developmental delay care industry for the better by putting families and children at the center of what Elemy does. Elemy is bringing ABA care to family's homes, and providing more resources and tools for therapists to give the best care possible.

Since launching in April 2020, Elemy has become one of the fastest growing healthcare companies in the United States, scaling from 4 to over 1000 team members in under 18 months, and on track to grow revenue by over 600% this year. The company is backed by leading investors in healthcare and technology, including General Catalyst, Founders Fund, SignalFire, e.ventures, 8VC, Felicis Ventures, and Bling Capital.

About the role:

Sprout is seeking an Integrations Lead, New Ventures who will be responsible for ensuring newly acquired pediatric mental health practices of various specialties are efficiently onboarded and integrated into our broader organization. You will also play a pivotal role in building bridges between the new businesses launched within the New Ventures team and the core ABA therapy business.

  • Develop success metrics to track and standardize the execution of these integration projects.
  • Build a team that will oversee and report on the operations of acquired companies across all functional areas, from finance to IT, clinical operations and HR.
  • Identify appropriate stakeholders across all Sprout departments to own various post-closing integration activities on a project-by-project basis.
  • Streamline communication between stakeholders to ensure effective and timely completion of diligence and integration activities in line with each project's integration timeline and budget.
  • Drive progress on numerous integration activities within multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to both the Sprout core business and the clinical operations of acquired companies.
  • Continually refine Sprout's post-transaction integration approach to meet the goals of each acquisition as they coevolve with Sprout.

What you'll need:

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 3+ years of management-level experience in operations, with a preference for prior operations leadership experience at hyper-growth startups
  • Quantitative skill set and familiarity with key software applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, Tableau, Monday.com, or equivalent.
  • Deep analytical skill set and strategic approach to business; investment banking, management consulting, hypergrowth startup operations or similar experience prefered.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to drive projects across multiple teams with precision and efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills to manage timely deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate autonomously with little guidance and self-motivation to consistently exceed set targets and timelines.
  • Startup mentality with an eagerness to learn and work on every project.
  • Experience with '0 to 1' execution and process design.
  • Transaction experience as part of a sell-side advising team or strategic buyer is a plus.
