Luxury Apartments Looking For A Part-Time Leasing Consultant

We're looking to hire a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for our Luxury Community. Plus the hours are great!

LuxuryAptsWNY is one of the premier property management companies in Western New York. We have 4 award winning communities in Williamsville and East Amherst. We are looking to add to our team of sales professionals. We pride ourselves in giving the best customer service and most exquisite homes to our residents. We know that our residents have a choice in where they live, which is why we strive to exceed their expectations.

We will cross-train you to assist all prospects, residents and vendors in every possible way. We train our team in Customer Service, Sales and Administrative Tasks to ensure that our clients are comfortable and confident with our entire team.

We are looking for someone has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, has an upbeat and outgoing personality and comes to work every day with a positive attitude and a smile!

The position entails a combination of:

• Sales (Leasing Apartments) - You will be showing apartments to prospective residents as well as following up via phone or email with prospects
• Customer Service (Assisting Residents) - You will be assisting residents with completing necessary paperwork, explaining policies to residents, taking work orders for residents and assist in planning and hosting resident parties
• Office/Computer Skills - You will be using a computer system in all lead and resident correspondence and tracking. You must also be familiar with Microsoft Office Systems.
• Sales, Leasing, Customer Service or Hospitality Industry experience is a plus but not necessary.

Hours:

Part-Time at Windsong Place Apartments. Every Monday 9 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Plus one additional day from 10 am to 4:30 pm

Salary:

$17 - $18 per hour with Bonuses!

Candidate must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen and a criminal background check will be conducted.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
