Check out our exciting new program!!Saint Joseph Health System is implementing a new nurse staffing program, FirstChoice, which creates an internal, regional nurse staffing pool and will complement our existing staffing programs.Registered Nurses, Travel RNs - PT, Flex, AssignmentsFirstChoice of Indiana/Illinois is utilized to fill immediate, short-term nursing positions to support the needs of SJHS. This program allows us to have our own nurses fill gaps in staffing. FirstChoice nurses will not replace or take away hours from our internal Nursing Resource Pools. Adding an in-house team of regional nurse travelers who align with our Mission and Core Values, and who are highly knowledgeable about our care practices, processes and standards, further supports and upholds our commitment to exceptional care and a strong nursing team culture.
