Job Description

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assumes responsibility for direct nursing care of assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician in the patient care area. The LVN/LPN may supervise other LVN/LPNs, medical assistants, nursing assistants and/or unit clerks.


Qualifications:


Education: Required: Graduate of a school of Vocational Nursing.

Experience: 1 year preferred

Professional Requirement:

Certifications: Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. BLS.
