Interstar Transportation Services, Inc., located near the intersection of Hwy 280 & Hwy 119 (Inverness) is a provider of transportation solutions for shippers with over-the-road truckload capacity to a variety of industries, including iron and steel, automotive products, paper, lumber and building products, aluminum, chemicals, foodstuffs, heavy machinery, ammunition and explosives, and military hardware.   • Broker freight & negotiate rates with partner carriers who have met Landstar service & safety standards while maintaining focus on maximizing margins.
  • You must be the kind of person who works well with others and can remain professional in all situations.
  • Resolve all types of problems that can occur between customers, carriers, shippers and receivers.
  • Ensure that all drivers, carriers & freight moved is in compliance with all applicable local, state & federal regulations.
  • Able to show up to work on time, 5 days a week. We work Monday thru Thursday 07:00am to 04:00pm & Friday's from 07:00am to 03:00pm. We are not looking for excuses, stories and explanations!
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude & a problem solver.

  • You must be teachable, open to coaching and willing to explore different ideas and options.
  • Must have basic and essential computer skills and able to work with Microsoft Office.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year plus benefits & bonuses!
