Job Description

What You'll Do:

The Local Search Strategist manages the relationship between RevLocal and our client. They communicate the value of local search marketing and work on behalf of the client to identify and deliver SEO strategies to help them reach their business goals. The Local Search Strategist is responsible for retaining their clients as well as providing additional product and service recommendations.

About You:

You are friendly, engaging and prefer to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You are curious to learn and have a passion for helping small to medium sized business owners. You prefer a culture that is collaborative and team oriented.

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of building quality relationships that lead to happy clients, yet sometimes challenging, with an exceptional level of customer service and focus
  • Bilingual- Fluent in Spanish, a plus but not required
  • Ability to analyze data and be a creative problem solver
  • Self-motivated across many work environments
  • Computer/Tech savvy
  • 2 Year Degree or 3-4 years of customer service experience

Base Salary + Incentives included.
