Lifeguard And Swim Instructor

We are seeking a responsible and experienced professional who genuinely loves working with children. The ideal candidate for this position can work well with a team, is creative and has excellent communication skills. The Swim Instructor will also be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans to help our students develop their swimming skills and have fun.

Responsibilities:

• Respecting the privacy of your clients and their children.
• Communicating with children in a fun and appealing manner.
• Demonstrating good judgment in the use of equipment and space, including waivers.
• Demonstrating good judgment and personal safety techniques for teaching water activities.
• Solving problems by thinking creatively and following your instincts to a reasonable solution.
• Being a leader for your clients in time of need.
• Fostering an interest in swimming and water activities.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 per hour
