Monday-Friday -

8AM-430PM:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
In collaboration with the Assisted Living Manager and/or Assisted Living Administrator, coordinates and implements activities for assigned area.

ESSENTIALS OF JOB:
  • Leads and actively participates in the Life Enrichment Program/Best Friends Approach. (constantly)
  • Ensures activities as scheduled. (constantly)
  • Monitors level of residents’ functional abilities to maintain appropriateness of activities. (frequently)
  • Collaborates with Assisted Living Manager to adjust activity program to meet the needs of the residents. (frequently)
  • Acts as a resident advocate. (constantly)
  • Must be able to commit the time necessary from an attendance and punctuality standpoint to accomplish the above specified Essentials of Job. (constantly)
Contributes to the ongoing process of meeting departmental and BCS goals and objectives. Participates in the effectiveness of service level.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION:
Must meet all continuing education requirements to maintain certifications and licensures, if currently held by employee and required.
