This opportunity is for a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Assisted Living Nursing team. This Department of Patriots Conlony provides outstanding care to patients with excellent patient quality of care outcomes. The selected Licensed Practical Nurse will be part of a team that works in a supportive and collaborative culture that with others, provides competent and compassionate care to all patients and their families.
Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor and ultimately responsible to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Quality Care Management. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the assessing planning implementation and evaluation of nursing care and provides for the emotional physical comfort and safety of the residents and their families. Assists in supervision of auxiliary personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
