Job Description

Full Time (M-F, 9-5). Base pay of $15/HR, with opportunity for commission greater than base. We promote from within. The preferred hire is willing to be in an office and currently has an active GA life insurance license in good standing.

You'll be part of a high performing agency. We train and create sales competence.

We use cutting edge digital strategies to attract clients interested in life insurance and educate them on the right kinds and amounts of life insurance for their needs. As an independent agency, we work with many top tier insurance providers.

We believe that life insurance agents are asked to do too many jobs, which takes away from the key income producing activities of selling and closing.

We are looking for a competitive insurance agent. Ideally, you'll be conducting preset appointments on your calendar from leads we generate from our various marketing campaigns.

You will speak with clients via phone or virtual, provide quotes, present options, complete applications, etc.

Between appointments, you'll be following up with prospects, answering phone inquiries and responding quickly to leads.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customers’ needs and financial status and propose plans that meet their criteria (training provided)
  • Report the progress of weekly targets
  • Record necessary client notes in our provided CRM
  • Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
  • Fulfill all policy requirements

Skills

  • Proven working experience as an Insurance agent
  • Familiarity with life insurance plans
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Proven ability to work with goals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively (we provide ongoing video and hands on training)

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Criminal background check (Required - at our expense)
  • Life Insurance license (Required)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Even though staff works in the office, client meetings are virtual or by phone. To keep our office staff safe, we temperature check upon AM entry and we clean high touch common areas. Face masks are provided and encouraged but are not mandatory.
