Leisure Travel Consultant

Forest Travel, a leader in the Travel industry, is currently searching for a Luxury Leisure Travel Advisor to join our fast-paced organization. How do you know if you are the right candidate for this position? You are multi-lingual and customer-service oriented. You have a great, positive attitude and enjoy working in a variety of settings helping business travelers plan and book trips. You are patient, attentive, and possess clear communication skills. You develop relationships with the clients you serve. You have high attention to detail, are organized, and take pride in doing things right. You take pleasure in the art of planning travels; researching, learning about hotels, destinations, and interesting things to do in each location.

Responsibilities

• Research to locate the best destinations and options according to the client's specifications
• Book hotel reservations for guests in their desired location, ensuring their specifications for their stay are met
• Plan and promote accommodations and travel services
• Book air and ground transportation for clients
• Work to meet weekly and monthly sales goals as established by the company

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales. Experience with outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Experience within the Travel and Hospitality Industry
• Familiarity with Amadeus or Sabre GDS a plus (will train if necessary)
