Legal Secretary - Environmental/Toxic Tort

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary for its Dallas office, Environmental/Toxic Tort Practice Group. Ideal candidates must have two or more years of legal experience with MDL/asbestos cases.

• Candidates should also have familiarity and a strong aptitude for complex invoicing that involve cost shares for both clients and vendors
• Candidates should be a team player who is flexible and proactive
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
• Paying close attention to detail is essential, and
• Candidates should be able to work with Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
