Job Description

We offer excellent opportunities for those interested in working in partnership with a team of professionals committed to providing exceptional client service. Primary responsibilities include; preparing legal documents, formatting, proofreading, electronic file maintenance, client intake process, maintaining attorneys’ calendars, providing administrative support to timekeepers along with a variety of other administrative duties. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We seek a team oriented, dedicated professional with superior client service skills, exceptional multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced legal environment. Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite is required. Qualified candidates will have three or more years’ experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant. Prior experience in Real Estate law preferred.
