Brief Summary of Job Description
The Kinesiology and Sport Sciences Department is seeking an individual to fulfill a position as Lecturer to teach courses in nutrition and coordinate a minor program in nutrition. This position is a 9-month academic, non-tenure track, position.

Job Duties
This position will teach 12 credit hours each semester in the area of nutrition. Three courses per semester in Introduction to Nutrition and one advanced nutrition course per semester. This position will advise students pursuing a minor in nutrition or pre-dietetics and will coordinate the nutrition minor. Service to the department and university is also expected.

Required Qualifications
Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist and/or Registered Dietitian. In addition qualified applicants must have either at least 5 years of working experience as an RD or LMNT or a masters degree.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with nutrition education, college teaching experience, ability to deliver on-line education.
