Job Description

About Us:

Tripalink, founded in 2016, is a product-and community-focused residential co-living company with a unique and integrated business model being a property operator and a real estate developer. Tripalink has entered 7 major cities in the US and is managing over 4000 bed-spaces.

  • This position is required to work on-site.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and manages leasing accounts on different platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Zillow, Apartment.com etc.; Reaches out to potential tenants proactively and responds to their inquiries
  • Collaborates with Marketing department closely and follows up with all the leads generated from different channels
  • Innovates and implements promotion strategies including but not limit to online/offline advertisements, (virtual) open house activities, and community succession activities
  • Participates in the brainstorm and meetings to initiate the sales plan for different seasons with flexible strategies
  • Gets familiar with all the properties, creates the introduction strategy and techniques; Provides potential tenants with relevant information in a timely manner
  • Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets then refers available properties based on their needs
  • Display properties for potential tenants in (virtual/field) tours and online communications (phone call/video call) of facilities and available units
  • Demonstrates an intermediate understanding of “Landlord and Tenant Law”, "Residential Real Estate Law" and related lawsuits; sends essential documents/notices/letters to tenants according to requirement of time frame; responses and negotiates with tenants on specific terms and conditions
  • Communicates with tenants for necessary paperwork (leases/contracts, agreements, statements, etc.) and supports the check-in / check-out processes.
  • Assists Property Management team to carry out pre/post inspection, daily maintenance/cleaning requests
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above is preferred
  • 2+ years experience in sales, leasing, real estate or related fields
  • Familiarity of social media platforms operations (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and customer orientation
  • Excellent capability in quick learning and pressure handing
  • Knowledge of residential real estate law and practices
  • Proven working experience as leasing agent is preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and Google Suites
