LIST OF PROPERTY DUTIES:

APPLICATION & LEASE ADMINISTRATION

RESPOND TO GUEST CARDS

RETURN PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS FOR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS IN A TIMELY FASHION

COORDINATE COMMUNICATION WITH PROSPECTIVE TENANTS

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR SHOWINGS

MAINTAIN DETAILED CALL & APPOINTMENT LOGS

ATTEND CLASSES & MEETINGS AS REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS:

COMPUTER SKILLS

KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE

PREFERRED:

UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE

EXPERIENCE IN SALES OR LEASING

KNOWLEDGE OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

*POSITION REPORTS TO REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER

SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

FULL-TIME/PART-TIME SALARY POSITION

PAID TIME OFF

POTENTIAL FOR BONUSES / INCENTIVES
