We Are…

ATD’s Education Team executes the delivery of 500+ open enrollment courses annually. We work to provide exceptional, impactful, industry-leading learning experiences for our attendees. In addition, our team serves as the liaison to 120+ course instructors around the globe, training room facilities, and countless partners who share in our success.

This Role…

We are currently looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Learning Delivery Specialist to join our growing Education business line. This position manages the online production and technical delivery of a live Education session, assisting the facilitator with interaction and moderation. They provide detailed instructions to participants on using available tools and can troubleshoot technical issues that may arise. The role provides a unique opportunity to be on the front lines of helping individuals and organizations achieve success through high-quality learning experiences.

Make An Impact By…

  • Producing education sessions including supporting facilitators to create successful learning experiences. You’ll help troubleshoot participant technology challenges, help participants use interactive tools, and set up break out rooms, polls, and screen shares .
  • Executing on a detailed list of logistical technology tasks associated with Education learning platform

What You Bring To This Role…

  • 1-3 years’ related experience navigating and supporting the virtual classroom in WebEx (Zoom and Adobe Connect are also desirable)
  • Capability to support facilitators and create successful learning experiences including troubleshooting participant technology challenges.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to build effective external relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Airtable, and other technology tools.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional work environment.
  • Confidence to engage with the facilitator and participants to minimize technical issues and maximize engagement.
  • Ability to react quickly and calmly to any issue and proactively reach out to the proper channels for assistance.
  • A friendly and professional manner both verbally and through email communications.
  • Experience and willingness to learn new technologies to enable the support with technical and logistical requirements and processes for Education department.
