CDK Global is hiring a full-time LEARNING CONSULTANT!


If you have a background in sales, facilitation & training, and curriculum/content creation in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

This role will be responsible for sales onboarding new hire sales associates. Providing training and coaching throughout new Hire and post new hire. This role will participate in facilitation and instructing on key foundational eLearning, VILT, and in classroom training with Sales new Hires. Covering a range of topics from CDK sales process, automotive dealership business acumen, Product knowledge, and CDK domain.

Reports to: Director, Sales Enablement

Key stakeholders include: CRO, Sales RGMS, VP Marketing, DIR sales enablement

Key Responsibilities


. Facilitate, coach, and train new sales hires thru sales training

. Analyzes sales performance trends and designs programs to address needs

. Measures sales effectiveness and builds relevant solutions and enablement support (applying market and industry references)

. Partner directly with DOSs (director of sales) and supports their team with coaching recommendations, learning recommendations to support enablement of those teams

. Strong spoken communication skills with an ability to present complex information simply


Other Responsibilities


. Assist in Design, building, and implements all sales development programs

. Assist in Implementing sales learning strategy, onboarding curriculum, manager training, and continuous sales enablement

. Assist Measures results from ongoing enablement and learning programs to improve current programs and inform creation of future programs

. Collaborates with internal teams who support with content development, production, and delivery

. Creates and manages commercial development and enablement roadmap

. Ability to analyze and diagnose trends in sales performance data and recommend improvements to sales processes and tools

. Be organized, timely, and resourceful to get the job done.

. Ability to continuously prioritize long-term goals and plans with short-term

. Ability to influence conversations and work through building relationships, thoughtful framing of issues, and building influence through excellent work

. Strong written and spoken communication skills with an ability to present complex information simply

. Skilled facilitator in a variety of settings (1:1, small group, and classroom training experiences using a multitude of mediums - in person, live-online and digitally on-demand)

Experience/Minimum Requirements


. 3-4 years selling Solutions into the automotive retail/OEM space with proven success track record

. Demonstrated understanding of foundational acumen of automotive retail / dealership operations

. PowerPoint proficient
