About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Operations Analyst. This position will be part of a Team that does the evaluation and certification of data protection technologies along with production support of encryption key management technologies. Candidates must have advanced project/process coordination experience in medium to large Enterprise environments. Must have extensive experience performing the analysis and translation of requirements, polices, defining complex technical operation requirements, and coordination of testing to validate operations and security standards. Need to be capable of creating reports, presentations and technical documentation and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have extensive previous experience coordinating efforts between onshore and offshore teams. This position will be tasked with defining performance standards for the testing and ensure operations meet or exceed performance metrics. Direct the daily testing flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and operational excellence to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual service improvement utilizing agile methodology. Participates in interactions with encryption technology vendors - helps to ensure vendor product engineering is in line with the objectives and security requirements of Wells Fargo.

In this role, you will:
    • Coordinate recertification and engineering for multiple data protection technologies deployed across Wells Fargo networks, applications, public key infrastructure and authentication services.
    • Fluent in devising new strategies and new opportunities / procedures for automation
    • Knowledge and understanding of scripting and how to identify automation opportunities
    • Perform deep dive recertifications/ analysis of encryption and other data protection technologies
    • Need to be capable of creating technical documentation and have excellent written and oral communication.
    • Coordinate the research, analysis, testing of complex data protection technologies while being a liaison within our organization.
    • Participates in interactions with encryption technology vendors - helps to ensure vendor product engineering is in line with the objectives and security requirements of Wells Fargo
    • Work with partner Engineering Teams on identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities and may also conduct risk assessments of Infrastructure to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and adherence to best practices.
    • Direct the daily flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual service improvement
    • May provide technical guidance to less experienced staff. Given the nature of the encryption technologies, the team environment is very fast paced and requires the ability to drive to solutions as an individual and to work effectively with the team as well.
Required Qualifications, US:
    • 5+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
    • 5+ years of information security experience
    • 5+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
    • 3+ years of technical project management/coordinator experience
    • 3+ years of experience with process automation & efficiency improvement
    • 3+ years of QA, or PEN, or security or Red Team / Blue Team testing experience with hardware/software or firmware.
    • 3+ years advanced problem solving and root cause analysis capabilities
    • 2+ years of experience with conceptual understanding of encryption or related data protection technologies
    • 2+ years experience with Agile Scrum / Kanban (Daily Standup, Retrospective meetings)
Required Qualifications, International:
  • Experience in Technology Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
    • Proven written and verbal communication skills with both Business/Management and Technical/Engineering resources
    • Experience with security technology product evaluation, proof of concepts, testing, etc.
    • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
    • Knowledge and understanding of technology server: file encryption technology, encryption key management and information security policies
    • Knowledge and understanding of implementing infrastructure upgrades, security patches, or version upgrades
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Knowledge and understanding of cryptography and key management
    • Digital certificate management experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of leveraging and administering digital certificates, and keys for authentication and encryption
    • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
    • Customer service experience
    • Experience facilitating meetings with team members in various remote locations
    • Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis capabilities
