The Sales Associate (Lead Setter) is responsible to source (Door to Door Lead Generation), canvas neighborhoods and convert leads to qualified appointments for our Sales Consultants (Closers). As the initial personal contact for potential customers, the setting team is key to presenting the value proposition of Grand Design Solar as well as representing our brand in a professional, polite, and competent manner. Ask questions and collect information to make sure customers are qualified. Build trust with potential customers, and CREATE VALUE in the appointment. Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Grand Design Solar Sales Consultant and see a customized quote for their home. Send reminders and follow up tenaciously to make sure appointments take place.

No Experience Required! None at all! We will train you. And seriously, if you answered YES to the above questions, then you are already ahead of the game. Although the ideal candidate will have sales and or customer service experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of successful appointment conversion rates. If you have a background in the hospitality, restaurant, solar, or retail industries, you may be a good fit for our entry-level Sales Associate - Lead Setter position. We are looking for those people with SUPERB people skills to help us with our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

$20/Hr (Typically 25 Hours Per Week)
PLUS $150 Per Completed Appointment Commission
PLUS $500 Per Sale Bonus
