Lessen, Inc. is a technology-driven services company focused on providing enterprise technology and service solutions to REITs in the single-family home, single-family rental, and short-term rental markets across the US. We are a rapidly growing business backed by a well-known VC group with a leadership team of real estate experts.

The Lead Project Supervisor will manage a team within Project Operations. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate attention to detail, dependability, honesty, and integrity. The right person will be able to train and coach individual team members as well as manage projects within their own markets. The right candidate will have leadership experience, strong critical thinking skills, perform well under pressure, be adaptable, and most of all, be a culture champion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of 8-10 Project Supervisors
  • Develop and train team in an ever-changing environment
  • Compile data and create update reports for clients
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
  • Work cross-functionally to eliminate blockers
  • Track vendor capacity and assign projects
  • Monitor project process and handle any issues with the team
  • Manage the quality of work and budget costs
  • Schedule audits, walks, and inspections
  • Implement budgets, tracking, and control job costing
  • Manage all incoming project emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Communicate with clients, developers, vendors, and internal project managers
  • Prepare work schedules for contractors and laborers
  • Report on progress and challenges
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or Supervisor
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step by step action plans
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Ability to work efficiently
  • Proven record of working independently
  • An effective team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies

EDUCATION

  • High school or equivalent

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS

  • Valid Driver's License
