Lead II - Business Analysis

UST Global® is looking for an SAP Functional Consultant (SAP MM-IM, MM-PUR, MM-ESM) Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will be part of SAP finance and logistics team. This position will assist the ERP Support Division with modernizing and reengineering SAP functions and provide as needed production system support. The ideal candidate should have excellent hands on experience with SAP MM Module with a good understanding of SAP ERP 6.0 application design and integration. Candidate should have good experience in business process design and development in the Public Sector. A good understanding of SAP system architecture is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into system requirements is key to be successful in this role.

Overall Experience level: 7-10 years of in-depth knowledge and consulting experience in the SAP MM module with clients in the public sector industry

Location: This position will be based in US.

Travel Expectations: Work from home.

Job Description:

As an SAP MM Functional Consultant, your focus will include, but not be limited to:

• Implementing Barcode Scanning at City Warehouses that use Inventory Management

• Developing a Goods Receipt FIORI App to enforce City processes and error handling

• Developing interface to facilitate inventory transfers to ITRON’s FDM system for the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Project

• Day-to-day support for MM, IM, and MDG-M modules

• Experience conducting end-user training and change management for complex Procure-to-Pay projects

• Experience with Open Text Vendor Invoice Management and/or Ariba highly desirable Experience supporting/implementing Master Data Governance

• Experience testing custom interfaces between SAP ECC and 3rd party software platforms using standard ABAP Workbench Development Tools

• Experience debugging SAP code with standard ABAP tools and/or writing simple ABAP code

• Provide configuration, testing, and production environment troubleshooting and support for MM modules including MM-PUS and MM-ESM and MM-IM

• Strong understanding of master data and transaction integration

• Strong understanding related to public sector SAP FI/LO and ISPS/PSM modules

• Work with business process coordinators to translate business requirements into efficient system design

• Experience in SAP system development lifecycle from understanding of requirements to proper design techniques, configuration, writing specifications, testing, and documentation as needed

• Knowledgeable in SAP industry best business practices. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be able to properly communicate and document findings, proposals, solutions, and analyses as developed

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work with a team as well as contribute individually, and follow standards and strict change control procedures

• Experience implementing MRP, Sourcing, and Inventory Management strategies

• Experience in purchasing including requisitions, purchase orders, and outline agreements
  

Required:

• Ability to travel to client locations if required

Top 3 must have:

• Minimum 5 years SAP ECC MM procure to pay project implementation experience.

• Implementing Inventory Management including Serial Number Management and Batch Management at Public Safety Departments.

• Developing of FIORI Apps to support MM processes.
