Job Description

F&M Trust islooking to hire a Lead Financial Services Representative (Lead FSR) to supervise a team of Financial Service Representatives (FSR) who service current and new customers of the bank. This individual will not only perform the duties that an FSR does, such as providing exceptional customer service, performing a wide array of transactions for our customers, and recommending bank products and services that will be of benefit to our customers, but this individual will supervise, mentor, motivate, and encourage their direct reports.Do you know what is even more exciting? This Lead FSR will work approximately 36-40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to excel in a sales and service environment
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Previous banking experience is strongly preferred
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Detail oriented
