LEAD CONCIERGE (COMMUNITY BUILDER) WANTED!!!

Marquette Management, Inc. www.marquettemanagement.com, one of the nations most innovative residential property management companies, is seeking out a friendly, tech savvy, and outgoing individual that can provide residents with next level customer service. This individual will provide our residents with a fulfilling and satisfying lifestyle by managing our We C.A.T.E.R. service program and by building genuine community through fellowship, volunteerism, interest based activities and on-going personal contact with each resident. Our Lead Concierge will effectively integrate and communicate with all operations teams, including the leasing office, maintenance staff, and valet. You will be the "first impression" of our residents and guests. Position reports direct to the Property Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • greeting leasing prospects and residents
  • scheduling move ins and move outs, as well as leasing appointments
  • assisting residents with valet, coordinating pick up and drop off with our third party valet company
  • answering phones, responding to resident and guest emails.
  • utilize Marquette's systems to improve productivity and communication among all operations.
  • enter work orders into our property management software.
  • walk the building and grounds and report any deficiencies to maintenance.

Most importantly, you must love people. This position has a high level of people interaction. Being able to build relationships is the most important requirement of this position.
