Position description

This is a full time telework position.

The Clinical Decision Support and Care Companion Team within the ERIS Portal and Decision Support Unit is seeking a highly motivated Lead IT Application Analyst to lead the Clinical Decision Support (CDS) and Care Companion application team. This team is responsible for developing Best Practice Advisories (BPA), Active Guidelines, Health Maintenance, Care Paths, and Cognitive Computing models. In addition, development of interactive care plans across the enterprise while coordinating with the Center for Connected Care is a key responsibility of the team. This position requires strong analytical skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Lead should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The individual will be responsible for managing the team's work, assisting with sizing of tasks, tracking to timelines, and assisting with the coordination of releases within the team. May be required to participate in 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

Master's Degree with 6 years' experience OR Bachelor Degree with 8 years' experience.

Additional qualifications

Vendor application certification may be required.
