What You'll Do
As the Launch Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for evaluating and executing existing projects while establishing structure across cross-functional operations. You'll be expected to measure the success of launch project structure and execution and present your findings and suggested improvements – based on measured data – to enhance the performance of future projects. A key part of your role will be focused on reviewing the output of data from projects and evaluating weaknesses and strengths to be able to suggest change in a continuous cycle. Act as Launch Guru & Right Arm
  • Accomplish department objectives by managing staff and planning and evaluating new launch projects
  • Create and optimize processes and learn and pivot approaches when needed
  • Foster a learning culture by holding the team and colleagues accountable in a mutually respectful way and drive continuous improvement

Govern Critical Launch Projects
  • Manage full launch project lifecycle from planning and monitoring to control, communication, and documentation while orchestrating meetings, updates, and project reports to build awareness
  • Achieve project goals and maintain project standards to mitigate risks, manage change, and foster decision making
Leverage the Power of Data
  • Drive decision making, performance, and preparedness for high-profile launch efforts by leveraging data visualization programs (I.e. Tableau) and conducting quantitative/qualitative analysis techniques

What We Want from You
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
  • 4+ years of applicable experience strongly desired
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with quantitative/qualitative analysis
  • Experience with Tableau, Airtable, and Asana
  • Programming knowledge c # python preferred
  • An individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and background in data science
  • A project management certification preferred
  • Project management background in real estate, F&B, retail ops, and physical healthcare businesses preferred
  • Credible track record of delivering results in an operations environment, including previous implementation and leadership of continuous improvement programs
  • A strong self-starter who is eager to make their mark in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization
  • Excellent organization, communication, writing, and presentation skills; experience managing teams and working collaboratively across multiple levels, functions, and regions
