Landscape Foreman

Schedule: M-F, 8:30-5:30, with flexibility required due to seasonal needs, weather and holidays Forsyth Outdoor Service LLC is a small, custom landscape installation company creating high-end contemporary gardens and outdoor living spaces in Georgia. We are looking for a landscape construction foreman to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a craftsman with construction experience that wants to build and assist in designing creative hardscapes and gardens. We are offering the opportunity to grow in your craft and to be part of a team that works hard, has fun and loves what they do.Valid drivers license Qualifications: 3 years of construction experience, landscape construction preferred Skilled at operating skid steer and excavator Experience in grading, masonry, and woodworking strongly preferred Reliable transportation to and from job site Conversational Spanish is a plus Responsibilities Operate skid steer and excavator as needed for demolition, grading, receiving and staging of materials, and setting large stones and trees Install all components of landscape design under direction of manager including hardscaping (patios, retaining walls, pathways, concrete, etc.), wood structures (pavilions, fences, gates, decking, etc.), irrigation and lighting systems, and plantings Independently oversee project and workflow in absence of management and provide direction, accountability and training to less experienced crew members Problem solve as issues come up on sight and report pertinent information to management with clear communication Maintain a clean and safe job site and ensure quality standards are met Provide excellent customer service at all times Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: One location Work Remotely: No
