Knowledge Management Program Manager

We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities, and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

This role will develop SOLVE roadmap by identifying potential Internal, Partner, and Customer opportunities; conducting market research; generating requirements; determining specifications, solution timetables, and time-integrated plans for new capability introduction; developing marketing and communication strategies.Engagement with Search Engine and Knowledge Graph capabilities.

Job Duties:

  • Determines business needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future solution lines by reviewing solution specifications and requirements; appraising new solution ideas and/or solution or packaging changes. Provides source data for solution communications by defining solution marketing communication objectives. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term solution roadmaps and budget; answering questions and requests.
  • Brings new Solve capabilities to market by analyzing proposed solution requirements and solution development programs; preparing return-on-investment analysis; establishing time schedules with Content Development teams and Engineering. Introduces and markets new solutions by developing time-integrated plans with marketing, educational services/training, and communications.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains solution management staff by supporting recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Experience in Enterprise Content Management creation and curation, as well as Taxonomy, Natural Language Processing strategies for relevant and robust Search optimization. Experience in Search optimization capabilities including metadata, relevancy, and tagging.

  • Experience driving successful worldwide product launches and schedules from the Business Contract (BC) stage of the development process through Ready to Ship (RTS)
  • Solid track record in project management, support services or related field

  • Excellent understanding of competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for Business Development
