Job Title: Kitchen Staff.

Location: Nashville, TN.

Job Summary: Sanford Federal, Inc. is looking for a successful and detail-oriented individual to join our team as ‘Kitchen Staff’.

The Kitchen Staff should have all the relevant education and experiences to perform the duties in such an effective and efficient manner, and his/her responsibilities include the duties mentioned in this Job Description.

Requirements: The Candidate shall meet the minimum following requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Prior experience in a similar position.

· Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.

· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills.

· Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties: The Candidate will undertake the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

· Providing full meal service (225-300 meals per day) and meeting the nutritional needs of the personnel who utilize the facility

· Sweeping in other than food handling areas may be accomplished using brushes, brooms, treated dust mops or electrically powered cleaners. Sweeping compound may be used sparingly.

· Vacuuming of carpets is done using a mechanical beater or powered brush type carpet vacuum machine and or canister shop vacuum.

· Providing full meal service (225-300 meals per day) and meeting the nutritional needs of the personnel who utilize the facility

· Setting up and replenishment of the following: dining table condiments, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, etc. flatware, napkins, and serving trays.

· Setting up and serving of the cooked food and dessert on the serving lines.

· Cleaning of all dishware and eating utensils during and after meals

· Cleanup of the areas that immediately affects customer service to include appearance of the Dining Facility so that no visible dirt or dust remains on floors, floor mats and runners, in corners, behind doors or under furniture, plants and equipment.
