Job Description

Assists the Liquor Room Staff in daily activities including the coordination of alcohol to various sites during live race meet.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists the office by processing phone requisitions and delivering messages to beverage porters and other staff.
  • Tracks inventory as it is transported and delivered.
  • Tracks inventory for beverage reorders, deliveries and end of day counts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to lift, push or pull forty (40) pounds or more.
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work well in tight quarters.
  • Basic working knowledge of categories of wine and spirits preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION
A Kentucky Horse Racing Commission license is required for all track workers. A Fayette County food handlers license is required for all food and beverage workers.
