Job Description:

  • Responsible for asset procurement and installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
  • Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to company and government policies.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Perform daily backup operations.
  • Perform regular file archival and purge, as necessary.
  • Create, change and delete user accounts per request.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization, as required.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures for multiple sites.
  • Establishes, documents, and monitor the company’s cyber security program implementation plan.
  • Travel - Up to 10%

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship - all positions require a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Experience with Atlassian products(JIRA/Confluence)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, such as information technology or computer science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Cybersecurity IAT-1/2 level Technical Certification (Security+, A+, CCNA Security )
  • Top Secret security clearance preferable (Secret clearance at a minimum)
  • 1-3 years of system administration experience (server and desktop security implementation and management and software development IT infrastructure setup and management)
  • Experience with variety of cloud services like AWS GovCloud and Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) experience, Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (EMASS), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Penetration Testing, Linux Administration, MS Server Administration, CISCO Certification, Navy Tactical systems certification experience (preferred)
  • Experience with setting up and managing environments including Windows, Mac and Linux
  • Experience with automated system configuration mechanisms like Puppet and Chef.
  • Experience with variety of cloud services like AWS GovCloud and Azure.
  • Experience managing distributed infrastructure with considerations for availability
  • Comfortable working with software engineering teams to setup and manage developer infrastructure
  • Experience with Office 365 management and with Microsoft Exchange, managing address lists, mailing groups, etc.
  • Experience with distributed and multi-factor authentication technologies.
  • Experience with hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Experience with cloud-based service setup and management.
  • Experience with setup and management of corporate accounting systems and services.
  • Experience with setting up and managing distributed computing resources, VPNs, secure WIFI environments and VOIP systems.
  • Knowledge of NIST implementation and compliance.
  • Experience with classified systems and RMF implementation for Windows and Linux based solutions (prior ISSM or ISSO a plus)
