Junior Salesforce Developer

BowTie Medical (BTM), an integrated health care start-up in northeast Ohio, is seeking a qualified person to join its Virtual Primary Care team in this full-time position.

BTM’s VPC product is based primarily in SalesForce HealthCloud with several integrated secondary systems. The Junior Developer would be responsible for the technical development and maintenance of Virtual Primary Care (VPC) software systems. This role reports to the Director of Operations but may be required to regularly communicate with other departments, as necessary.

Responsibilities:

· Assisting the Director of IT & Operations with scaling VPC product to market

· Maintaining a cohesive SalesForce based system through market-driven changes

· Responding to technical requests from other departments.

· Maintaining robust and scalable systems architecture.

· Writing and maintaining code in a collaborative environment.

· Working on minor bug fixes and writing unit tests.

· Collaborating with non-technical staff to create simple solutions.

Requirements:

· 1+ years’ experience in development. (SalesForce experience preferred)

· B.S. in Computer Science or a similar field. (or 3+ years’ experience)

· Knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, and some C#.

· Basic understanding of DevOps systems and principles.

· Programming experience in a collaborative environment.

· Knowledge of databases and operating systems.

· Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

· Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· A self-starter that seeks to innovate within his/her role.

Compensation

· Successful candidates will receive a fair market compensation and other BTM offered benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
