Junior Salesforce Administrator

Mascoma Bank is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to contribute to its growing Salesforce Center of Excellence. This position can be done remotely, with office space in Lebanon NH. Mascoma Bank’s Junior Salesforce Administrator will provide tier 2 support for all Salesforce applications. This includes handling escalated support cases from tier 1, end user report requests and user management. The position will also assist with testing of new projects that the Salesforce Center of Excellence team builds as well as testing Salesforce and nCino platform releases.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail with a sold understanding of basic software application concepts and practices. The ability to work autonomously, work on strict timelines, and participate in frequent team meetings is needed. A passion for learning new things and applying them to create a better product is a must! All Mascoma Bank team members must always maintain confidentiality and privacy.
