We are searching for a composed and astute Junior Project Manager to help conceptualize and oversee multiple projects within our organization. To this end, the Junior Project Manager is responsible for detecting gaps that can be closed by projects, collaborating with coworkers to propose suitable endeavors, and overseeing the allocation of financial and human resources. In so doing, you should adhere to stipulated deadlines.

Salary range: $42000 - $52000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute articles and ideas to white papers and in-depth research.

  • Sector knowledge allows assisting on other accounts.

  • Comprehends variable and metric definitions.

  • Lead analysts and answer daily questions and workflow edits.

  • Understanding of data sourcing (dictionary, stream, etc.).

  • Repurpose existing syntaxes for customized reporting needs.

  • Troubleshoot data issues/missing content.

  • Observe and implement more efficient software features and functions.

  • Lead team meetings and complete analyst reviews.

  • Complete existing assigned reports, in a timely manner, with attention to detail. Headlines are relevant and insightful.

  • Able to participate in client calls/meetings with useful contributions.


Qualifications

  • Recognized Project Management qualification preferred.

  • Demonstrable experience as a Junior Project Manager or similar is a plus.

  • Understand project methodology.

  • Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance.

  • Ability to detect and capitalize on others' strengths.

  • Top-notch supervision, delegation, and capacity development abilities.

  • Ability to deal with conflict and tension.
