Job Description

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who wants to be part of a team while developing their own leadership skills within the Junior Customer Service Associate role. The Junior Customer Service Associate is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every client and every potential new customer. The Junior Customer Service Associate will be responsible for guiding the customer through the life of the sale. The goal of the Customer Service team is to create personalized experiences and build trusting relationships while sharing the promotional offers our clients are offering that are suited to the needs of that particular customer. The Customer Service team operates in a fast-paced environment and is the engine that drives our company. As a Customer Service team member, you will have the opportunity to have a clear impact on the company’s growth while developing your own sales and service skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team to create and maintain a friendly, open, and inviting environment for customers to feel comfortable enough to engage and ask questions.
  • Engage customers promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome while still honing in on the correct depiction of our clients’ products and product offerings
  • Understand various types of customers, confidently know who our clients are, and be able to provide proper representation and information for all of the customers in a friendly manner
  • Educate and excite customers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience to ensure the success of sales of our client’s promotions
  • Instill an approachable and efficient promotional service to ensure communicating clients’ products
  • Participate in client knowledge training and apply knowledge to our potential new customer leads


Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about our clients and helping the communities we work in
  • Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
  • Preferred at least 1-year prior experience in the sales industry
  • Flexible Schedule is a huge asset based on the current needs of our clients
  • Demonstrate mastery of our company’s sales tactics along with client information and their programs and services

Salary: $35,000 - $40,000
