Jr. Accountant

Immediately opening for a motivated, detail-oriented full-time qualified Jr. accountant for local CPA firm in San Gabriel area.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese ( ??) and English is required
Requirement of the Position:
-BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Minimum two (1) year of experience in accounting (CPA office preferred)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Peachtree software
-Ability to prioritize assignment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
-Ability to handle multiple tasks, multiple clients independently and good communication skills

Duties, Responsibilities and Essential Functions include but not limited to:
1: Prepare client's bookkeeping
2: Prepare client's bank reconciliation
3: Prepare Client's Payroll and payroll tax deposit to Fed and State
4: Prepare client's quarterly payroll tax return and year end information return
5: Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the firm
