We also operate our cleaning business in many southeastern cities such as Knoxville TN, Nashville TN, Cleveland TN, Dalton GA, and Huntsville AL.
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager that has managed project in Janitorial and Facility Maintenance. This position will cover the Huntsville Alabama and other surrounding areas. We bid on several different cleaning project such as construction clean-ups, multiple types of floor cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, weekly routine contract cleaning and much more. We prefer someone that can building relationships with contractors and manage employees. This position will involve working closely with our management team to complete projects, manage accounts and keep our customers satisfied.

- Build relationships with Contractor to complete projects
- Manage Employees
- Manage Projects and Accounts
- Find ways to increase retention and maintain accounts
- Interview new employee
- Recruit Contractors for Projects
