THE OPPORTUNITY:

Full-Time, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

We are in need of an IT Asset Management Business Analyst that will work in partnership with the Account & Asset Supply Manager, as well as the IT Inventory team, to service our internal team as well as external clients.
This role is focused on meeting the day-to-day needs of the operations, including managing software & hardware assets, as well as related analytics & reporting. This individual will work closely with both the client, and our team members to the specifications of the client.

We’re looking for someone with experience as an analyst, but also someone who is happy to support ANY task or project as needed. This requires a true team player, someone who finds joy in both highly technical/analytical responsibilities, as well as doing whatever it takes to support the team and client (no matter how small or low-level the task may be).

SERVICES WE ARE PROVIDING TO THE CLIENT: *

Complete IT Life-Cycle Solutions including but not limited to.

• IT hardware and software procurement, support and fulfillment,
• IT Asset Management
• IT Asset Disposal
• IT Asset Repair
• Other Technical Support
• IT Asset Donations

THE PERFECT FIT:

• Proficient in ServiceNow and MS Excel
• Proficient in analytics and data modeling
• IT Asset Management experience (IAITAM certification a plus)
• Previous hands-on experience managing a Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management practice
• SQL or other databases experience
• Very detailed oriented

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Help manage ITAM database and produce relevant reports
• Investigate discrepancies and aggregate data to produce accuracy reports
• Produce analytics and projections of IT asset data to help make business decisions
• Consistent email and video conference communication with client’s employees and team members
• Assistance at times to fulfill tickets within a ServiceNow ticketing system
• Work closely with Asset & Supply Manager to provide the data necessary for forecasting IT asset purchasing
• Attend and participate in client meetings as requested
• Work onsite at client locations as needed
• Assist in executing and implementing new procedures with the client

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing.
• Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours.
• Ability to move and pick up IT hardware equipment, infrequently but will likely happen

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• The ability to pass a drug test/background screen with no prior convictions of theft related felonies in the last 7 years
• The ability to speak/read English fluently
