Job Description
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, software, and network/domain.
  • Diagnose and correct any discovered or reported problems with equipment, software, and network/domain.
  • Track & document your work clearly and efficiently.
  • Work directly with our internal ticketing system for all communication and coordination.
  • Microsoft Windows Desktops
  • Support and maintenance of Sage X3
  • Support involving handheld scanners
  • Office 365 Environment
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 – 2019
  • Active Directory including domain structure, unlocking accounts
  • Computer Hardware
  • DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
  • VM Ware
