Job Description

ChesPenn Health Services is seeking a skilled, customer-service oriented IT Support Communicator to join our health care team.


Qualifications:


Education:
Associate Degree in computer science or related field

Years of Experience: Two or more years in user computer support and systems maintenance


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
:

  • Demonstrates strong interest in technology.
  • Willing and able to learn new technologies.
  • A+, Linux+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous
  • Demonstrate proficiency in hardware installation and configuration.
  • Demonstrates proficient in software installation
  • Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10.
  • Experience with the Internet and web applications
  • Task orientated, attentive to detail, and demonstrates thorough work habits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Evaluate, test, install, and upgrade software and hardware
  • Provides support to users and serves as first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Establishes and cultivates good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Conducts daily backup operations.
  • Manages technical documentation.
  • Travels to all sites as needed.
